How much experience with whole food plant based cooking do you have... beyond salad, that is?

Lots! - and I always love to learn more!

Do you have any food allergies? If so, what are they?

Gluten, wheat, casein.

Some vegans don't eat honey. I sometimes I use it in recipes, as there is much controversy over agave. Are you OK with honey?

I am not adverse to local raw honey and maple syrup - neither of which are raw.


Certified as a raw food educator and enthusiastic about living foods in general.
