How would you like to benefit from this group?

I have a friend I visit in Vermont and would like to coordinate with raw food events.

How much experience with whole food plant based cooking do you have... beyond salad, that is?

Pretty good amount, fermenting, sprouting, raw desserts and meals. Learned from Ann Wigmore and hypocrates.

Do you have any food allergies? If so, what are they?



I am long time vegetarian, mostly vegan, a lot raw.
