3. Best way to prevent radiation sickness and decontamination

Below is a narrative desricption of the bunker:

Just want you always wanted- Your very own Cold War Era Atomic Bomb Shelter! Former AT&T communications Bunker. Approximately 7,700 sq. feet with 30" reinforced concrete walls(per owner). Massive metal blast doors. 17 ft. ceilings. Very well insulated since the bunker is covered in several feet dirt and sod. Situated on almost 6 acres. None of the equipment is functioning. No functioning power in the building at this time. Ideal doomsday shelter or secure records storage. This is the ultimate "Man Cave" This looks like a Movie Set. Also potential for a commercial business that needs "high level" security. There is a separate 811 sf CB warehouse/storage building on site. Property has clean environmental reports. Per Plans: top of bunker is 44.5'. Front retaining wall is 3 ft thickness. Roof slab is 24-31 " thickness. Concrete floors 26". We have original plans dated 7/30/65 by prominent architect Alfred Easton Poor of New York City[masked]).

Group organizer, and realtor, Neal Wiseman organized this tour with listing agent, Hoyt C. Murphy Jr.

The bunker is listed for sale at $499,000.

I worked in one similar called the "Block House" in Korea. The decontamination area outside was called an "apple orchard" for security purposes. Inside we had sliding concrete blast doors and our own filtration system.
