Free introduction to QiGong, Lauderdale By The Sea

You have food, water, ammo and all your other supplies on the way to having sufficient quantities for any disaster you are willing to contemplate. But, what have you done to prepare yourself? What are you doing to prevent illness? What have you doing to prepare yourself for the stress of a disaster? You may practice shooting at the range and even go hunting, but this doesn’t prepare you for having to defend yourself, your family and your group. It doesn’t prepare you for having to hunt for food in a survival situation. The ancient eastern warriors had a system for all of the above. It goes by many names, depending on the country: in China, Qigong, in Japan, Kiko, in Korea, Kibup, in India, one form of Yoga and so on. This training will help you in many ways, from being a better shot to helping with any physical training or sport you may enjoy. On Saturday, March 16th, at 9AM, you can be introduced to this ancient art by Jeff Smoley. He has 54 years of martial arts training and over 40 years of Qigong training, including 14 years in Zhou family Qigong, taught by his father-in-law and brother-in-law, both masters and lineage holders of the system. Jeff is a lineage holder since 2008. Sign up before March 13th, for this one hour class, to be held at the beach/park at 135 El Prado Ave, Lauderdale By The Sea, FL 33308. There is metered parking available across the street from the beach.

Don't take the C dry, mix with 8 to 10 oz. pure water.

Thanks for the advice. I have been using it. Sorry that it was a poor turnout, but don't be discouraged. I would attend a weekly thing if possible. I have studied a bit of Qi-Gong, Tai-Chi and Wing Chun while I was in China. I would love to be able to exchange some ideas and practice. I am really rusty but I know that with a little time and effort I would be back to my old form.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
