Introduction
I go by Alex, or Hey You my French Asian Brother. I'm an AO with SCAB and an ex-AO with PRC. I enjoy meeting new climbers and sharing my passion for rock climbing. Life is good when I'm climbing up a cliff or hanging out with my little Elise.
How much climbing experience do you have? What gear do you own?
4.5 years and I'm still alive. I have plenty of sport gear (ropes, draws, webbing) and my beloved crash pad.
What level do you comfortably climb? Top-rope, Lead Sport, Lead Trad, Boulder?
I love climbing whether it's indoor or outdoor. TR indoor: I'm starting to project 12a/b. Breaking into the 12's is a big milestone for me. I lead a grade below my TR. Outdoors my lack of intestinal fortitude keeps me on 5.10 sport leads and the occasional 11 lead. I have no shame in working from bolt to bolt. I don't lead trad, but can follow. I do enjoy bouldering. Right now I work on V3-V4's at Climbmax. I do one rope session on Tuesdays and one bouldering session on Thursdays, and try to be out climbing every weekend.
Do you understand that this group does not provide certified training and that our Organizers are not instructors?
Yes, this is just a meetup for meeting other climbers.
Do you understand that climbing and bouldering are inherrently dangerous sports?
Yes, I have almost peed my pants on a few occasions.
Do you understand that you are responsible for your own safety?
Yes, but I would also add that I have the utmost concern for my climbing partners' safety as well.

Hey Alexandre, thanks for the post! I'm mainly an indoor climber and its great that I'm able to connect with other climbers in the area and have specific activities aside for indoor meetups! Thanks for the clarification as well! See you soon!

Big difference, I know and originally I'm actually from Kansas so I was super happy when my parents moved somewhere that I could actually climb and all year round at that! I'm just super ready to take it outside.
