"CORE GALORE" is the name of this weeks fitness class. Matthew the trainer and creator of the 'SOZA SORENESS" has developed a new "HiiT" (HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING) program. Get Ready!

Soza Fitness and Wellness has secured a location in Parma. Construction is about to begin and we hope to have doors open in December. Stay tunned.

Who is in for this weekends Boot Camp??

You will burn between 600-700calories in one hour. "Burn Baby Burn"

I know all of you have set a fitness goal. Soza Boot Camp is an amazing program to help you obtain that goal.
