Where exactly at Sam's are you meeting?

    • Jim

We will be just inside the north west entrance to the parking lot, the first you get to from I-95. See you there.

Meet at Sam's in Melbourne on hwy 192 just off I-95 at 8:30 AM for the Harmony Hike. It's about 6.5 miles through everything from dense forest to cow pasture and golf course. The maintenance crew was working on the trails when I was there so it will be in very good condition. It's about 31 miles to the trailhead so we will be there about 9:15 or so if you want to meet there. The trailhead is not marked inside so if you meet there wait for us in the parking area just inside the Harmony entrance gate and we can all drive in together. We do the west loop first through the garden area and back then we do the north loop to Buck Lake and around to the campground on Cat Lake where we have lunch. There ain't no better place for lunch for miles or even kilometers. Bring snacks, lunch and something to drink, some of the trail is in full sun so also bring a hat and sunscreen.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
