This is a group organized by SPANISH CONSULTANTS - Tampa, for those who know zero, some, or a lot of Spanish Grammar, but lack the necessary fluency, knowledge and opportunities to communicate their thoughts with confidence.

My mission, as your instructor, is to subtlety challenge your grammar and vocabulary knowledge through a diverse group of controlled activities that will allow you to identify your language weaknesses and make you work on them. My mission is to help you take your Spanish to the NEXT LEVEL... and NOT in a boring classroom (please noooo!!!), but in a friendly environment of highly motivated people, and over coffee or wine, of course! (smile).

ESSENTIALS –

Spanish for Novices

This course has been designed as an introductory course for absolute beginners to establish a strong foundation in Spanish pronunciation and promote success in future learning. Basic grammar, vocabulary and phrases will be learned in each class. Students will be introduced to the four language skills: speaking, listening, basic reading, and writing.

Level: Novices and Low-Beginners.

Conversation I

“Conversation for Novices”

This is a group of workshops for students with just a little background in the language. This course offers an excellent introduction to Spanish conversation, correct pronunciation, basic question formulation, and essential vocabulary, the four pillars that promote success in communication.

Level: Novices and Low-Beginners.

Preparing for Conversation II

This is a 16-hour intensive fast-track course for those who want to get ready for our course “Conversation II”. This practical course offers a review on verbs, fundamental grammar concepts, sentence and question building in the present, past and future tenses.

Level: For Beginners of any level and Low intermediate

Conversation II

A group of workshops designed with the purpose of practicing the most crucial skill in any language, which is conversation! In this course you will learn, be tested and master everyday vocabulary for social situations, basic conversation drills, questions and how to express your needs, likes and dislikes.  To join this course you must have knowledge of the present, past and future tenses.

Level: High Beginners, Low intermediate

Conversation III.

“Conversación y Debate”

This is a group of workshops designed for those who have studied Spanish for a long time but need more practice. Every class begins with a 15 min social chit-chatting, followed by over an hour of conversation and debate on a wide range of cultural, social and political topics.  Let´s watch an interview on TV, read an interesting article about a current affair and try to elevate our thoughts and opinions on the topic of discussion. The instructor will correct mistakes, explain grammar and usage, whenever necessary, and highlight vocabulary, but mostly you will talk and talk ...and talk en Español.

Level: High Intermediate and up
