Welcome, Bilingual Mamas!

Hola!

Welcome to our Spanish playgroup! We are moms who have babies and kids and want to raise them in a bilingual setting. We want to practice and teach the Spanish language to our children by having playdates, outings, holiday parties and celebrate Hispanic traditions. One of our favorite activities as a group is to sing and read to our kids in Spanish and in this way learn from each other.

The goal of the group is for moms and kids to build friendships, have a children's playgroup, serve as a support group and learn about other Latin cultures . We are very down to earth, easygoing and we love to meet people of all different backgrounds and make them feel welcome. We usually meet during the week, although we do schedule gatherings on some weekends and most times these include the whole family.

Speaking Spanish is a must, whether you are a native speaker or a beginner. In this group you will learn more if you know little and practice with others if you know a lot. We require active participation on the message board and attendance at events.

This group is made up of committed mothers and families so please join us if you want to have fun, practice your Spanish and meet other awesome mamas and their kids! Ages of the kids range 0-5
