I want to be able to run 5k in 18-20 minutes and still have enough upper body strength to be able to do 20 pullups.
I want to see what this is all about and if it would help me reach my goals.
I like running 5k's and Spartan Race/Tough Mudder/crossfit style workouts.
It is great to meet people who have an excellent cardio and who want to get better at running obstacle races.
