What are your personal fitness goals?

I want to be able to run 5k in 18-20 minutes and still have enough upper body strength to be able to do 20 pullups.

What level of fitness do you hope to accomplish in this group? "Fitness Warrior"? "Spartan Warrior" (the 300)? how about "King or Queen"? or maybe you're just here for the fun?

I want to see what this is all about and if it would help me reach my goals.


I like running 5k's and Spartan Race/Tough Mudder/crossfit style workouts.
