Speed Agility Core Movement System Training

Get ready to have fun with some positive good people and make new friends. We have plenty of beginners and advanced athletes who are humble hearted that will support and encourage you through your fitness journey.

Pre work out-Drink a serving of protein shake and a glass of water 2hrs before training.

Bring a bottled water 1 or 2

Wear running shoes although some clients prefer to run bare footed.

Post work out-Drink a protein shake within 45mins. after the class for an efficient muscle and body recovery metabolism.

Your Core Movement System is the most important muscle group of your body. A tree cannot stand without a strong Trunk. "Life is like riding a bicycle, in order to have balance you must keep moving" Albert Einstein.
