Get lean, fit, and healthy. Boost your metabolic rate. Eat small portions of lean protein meat with fibre, whole wheat whole grain, and fresh vegetables 6-7 times a day. Drink daily 1/2 ounce of water for each pound of your body weight. Example 120lbs. = 60oz.

Message to beginners- I preach a start slow and go slow approach. You will work at your own pace. This is not a race or a competitive boot camp. It's all about having fun and slowly building your strength and endurance. You will begin to see improvement and progress within weeks of training. You will be able to pace yourself longer, move faster, feel stronger and recover quicker.

Maintaining Weight control consist of having a balanced diet combined with an active life style 6 days a week. It is NOT any special diet or consuming supplemental food or miracle drugs. Take care of your body and your body will take care of you. Fresh is best. Eat natural. Shrink your stomach and speed up your metabolism. Eat fist size meals of protein and vegetables 6-7 times a day.
