Today we present a selection of real favorites of Indian cuisine.
We fire up our tandoor oven substitute to prepare a really tasty starter, as well as our freshly baked naan straight off the open fire !
Food as always will be authentically spiced and not excessively hot. Separate chili condiments for people who need more chilis :-)
Appetizers: Pappadums with pickle and sauces.
Starter: Bharwan Aloo (spicy stuffed potatoes bbq'ed)
Main: Dal tarka with turmeric fried rice + Paneer butter masala with Naan
Dessert: Gulab jamun (dumplings in rosewater scented syrup)
Drinks: Non-alcoholic/soft drinks.
