From World Salt Tastings to Ethiopian Cooking Classes to Fragrant Potpourri Demonstrations, our goal is to create an opportunity for folks to learn about fresh spices, herbs, botanicals, grains, beans, rice, and flours and how to utilize them. Together, in a fun learning environment, we explore and learn about the world's culinary and healing traditions. The goal of the group is to cultivate a strong sense of community just as local markets throughout the world contribute to the fabric of their communities.
