New Year, New YOU! Vision Board Workshop

It is time to activate your power with Law of Attraction and visualize a new YOU for 2013. What better way to begin manifesting the life you dream than with a Vision Board Workshop!

Dress comfortably and join the FUN! We'll share stories, have some laughs, work on our boards, listen to music, eat and be merry! We'll serve some tasty appetizers / desserts, but you are encouraged to bring a favorite snack to share with the group.

What you can expect:

  • Others to share awesome energy with to help fuel your dreams
  • Sharing ideas on *how* to make your Vision Board.
  • Brief meditation and assistance opening up to receive the mental images of the life you are going to manifest.
  • Questions will be answered about the Law of Attraction

What to bring:

  • A board. This can be a $.60 poster board, a $6 foam core board, or even painters canvas. I highly encourage choosing a color that you love. You will be looking at this every day after all.
  • Double sided tape or scotch tape to share. Tape is preferred, but glue sticks will work also. (Thumb tacks if using cork board)
  • Scissors.
  • I have some magazines but please bring some magazines to share. Keeping in mind to be specific to something you want to manifest. If you want to get married then you might want to purchase a wedding magazine, etc.
  • Optional: This will be something to look beautiful if you choose. Make it your own by bringing scrapbooking paper you think is beautiful, paints if you like to/can paint, trinkets, etc
  • Optional: Find images on the internet, print them in color, and bring them with you to add to your board. Some images and concepts are hard to find in magazines. If you need you can email me the image and I will print them and bring them with me.

Directions to Danville Yoga & Wellness Center

125A Town & Country Drive, Danville, Ca, 94526

We are tucked away in the back of the last business building on Town and Country Drive.

1. From Highway 680, take Sycamore Valley Exit and go west toward the shopping area of downtown Danville until you reach San Ramon Valley Blvd.

2. Turn right on San Ramon Valley Blvd.

3. From San Ramon Valley Blvd., turn left at the second stop light on to Town & Country Drive.

4. Turn left into parking lot of 125, 135 and 145 Town & Country (past Village Shopping Center, after the white fire hydrant, 2nd driveway on left.) There will be small low sign at the driveway entrance that reads in gold ”[masked]″.

5. After parking your car in the back of the lot, look at the building and to the left of the under ground parking garage, you will see a black iron gate. Walk through that entrance, follow the winding path along the old majestic oak trees, behind the light brown office building to our Center’s front door at 125A. Our Center peacefully faces a serene green ivy backyard, not the street.

6. Remove your shoes. Please turn off your cell phone and enjoy.

Welcome to your Center!

If this is a success, perhaps consider a second class on a weekend or evening for those of us working 9-5 :)

Hi Alison, usually January 1st is a "holiday" for some people, but I will consider having another one held on a weekend if enough people ask. Thanks for the suggestion!! :)

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
