Yamuna Body Rolling is is a unique fitness and therapy practice that will help to prevent injuries, create wellness and heal your body in a simple workout. Using a 6 to 10 inch ball, Yamuna body rolling routines stretch muscles and frees restrictions, increases blood flow and promotes healing in the body. Empower yourself to rid your body of all those little (and not so little) aches and pains!
