Hi I'm looking forward joining you again in one of your classes. The last time I learned so much from just doing a weekend with the Guru. It was an awesome experience and looking forward to some more tips on stress.

Thank you Peggy for the warm greeting. I am in Naples until the end of May working as a seasonal nurse at the North NCH hospital. I live in a rural part of Missouri so it's not as convenient to travel for meditation/yoga sessions. I was hoping I could take some of the things I learn here in Naples and use them at home. I'm really looking forward to this.
