This group is for anyone who is interested in spiritual growth / self development in general and also for those specifically interested in the life changing Ringing Cedars Series and Anastasia's life lessons. Even if you have not read the series please come along to learn what they are about. The series encourages living a more spiritual existence that is closer to nature. It inspires people to live a healthier vegetarian/vegan life and live on their own Space of Love which is their own hectare of land where they grow their own food and raise their family. We explore various spiritual development techniques and sustainable practices through workshops and discussions around a shared meal and take advantage of Sydney's plentiful parks, forests, rivers and beaches.
