Open a few at Cork

Hey all,

Okay, Cork is a little pricier than I expected, but it should still be a tasty learning experience.  We'll be sampling 4 bottles of Burgundy (sparking, white, and reds).  I think you'll find it to be fairly satisfying.

We're now looking at $25/person.  I hope this doesn't break the bank for anyone.  Please let me know if it does and if you've changed your mind about attending.  Again, I'll collect payment at the event.

    Lovely aromas of apple, lemon zest, and slatety minerality. Complex, with concentrated apple and pear flavors. Long well-balanced finish.

    Dubois Savigny les Beaunes "Les Picotins"
    Light and pretty with spicy carnation and cherry aromas. Friendly flavors of cranberry, cherry, and a hint of floral spice.
    Pinot Noir from Burgundy

    Garaudet Monthelie Cuvee Paul
    Aromas and flavors of grilled herbs (thyme and oregano), dark cherry and eucalyptus. Classic pinot acidity and mouthfeel. Lovely and complex.
