iOS Tech Talk - Spotify invites CocoaHeads

We’re super excited to invite you to the biggest CocoaHeads Stockholm meeting in history! And what a meeting! We have a lineup of five great speakers for you this time!

Chris Eidhof (@chriseidhof), co-founder of, UIKonf and developer of Deckset, will give us a talk about how to build Lighter View Controllers.

Peter Steinberger (@steipete), developer of PSPDFKit and frequent speaker, will give us a talk about his new library Aspects - the delightful, simple library for aspect oriented programming. The challenges, why it's so cool, a code-tour, drawbacks, and some practical examples.

Viktor Lidholt (@viktorlidholt), project manager for Cocos2D and developer of SpriteBuilder, will talk about building games with SpriteBuilder and Cocos2D but also how to compile iOS/Objective-C apps for Android.

David Rönnqvist (@davidronnqvist), author of 3D Graphics with Scene Kit, will give us a talk about Scene Kit.

Joachim Bengtsson (@nevyn), co-founder and developer at Lookback, will gives us a talk about Lookback.

We will also have our popular Labs session with the following topics Game Development, OpenGL, Lighter View Controllers, UIKit, Runtime and UI/UX.

During the Labs, we will also have an area where you can demo your apps. So please bring your best apps and show it to people!

18:00 - Welcome talk (Marthin Freij)
18:10 - Sponsor presentations
18:30 - David Rönnqvist
19:00 - Joachim Bengtsson
19:30 - Peter Steinberger
20:00 - Viktor Lidholt
20:30 - Chris Eidhof
21:00 - Labs

Looking for future presentations!

We're always on the look-out for people that would like to give a talk for a meeting. The talk doesn't need to be long (10 minutes is fine if your topic is small or you just want to tease the group) and you don't need to be an expert (your commitment to the topic is more important!). Also, if you want to show something you've done, don't hesitate to contact us, it doesn't have to be a formal presentation.

We're always on the look-out for companies that work with Cocoa in some way and who want to invite the Stockholm Cocoa developer community to their office. Please contact the organizers if your company is interested in hosting one of our meetings! If you get lost, give Marthin a call at [masked]
