We meet in front front of Angel’s Café at 11:50 am and we’ll walk across bridge to river’s edge.
Come experience the inner peace, harmony and happiness of Spring Forest Qigong. SFQ is a simple and effective tool to balance your energy and heal physical and emotional pain through moving meditation.
We spend 40 minutes with our moving meditation, followed by a 15 min. sitting meditation and harvesting of chi.
You may do this practice sitting, standing or lying down. Please bring your own camp chair/blanket/yoga mat for the sitting meditation.
