End your week with this simple but effective practice to achieve optimal health, wellness and happiness.With easy, gentle movements, you can balance your personal energy, reduce stress, relieve physical and emotional pain, heal faster, and enjoy better mental focus, strength and vitality.

The practice includes qigong movements, active  exercises and a meditation.

Attendance is on a drop in basis.   All ages are welcome and the movements can be done standing or sitting down.  Your investment - $10 per class.
