This is a weekly (as much as possible) program to promote Optimal Health and a feeling of Well Being. Spring Forest Qigong (Chee-Gong) is a modern take on the most ancient Chinese healing methods (other than Prayer). It is based on Love, Kindness and Forgiveness.
Spring Forest Qigong (pronounced "chee gong") is a simple, efficient, and effective method for helping you experience your optimal health, wellness, and happiness; helping you heal physical and emotional pain; and enhancing the quality of your life and the lives of others.
The Moving Meditation is Tai-Chi in nature (simple and effective) and very low impact. The purpose of the exercises is simply to open all the energy channels in your body resulting in optimal health and a feeling Well Being. These movements have been known to reverse even the worst diseases and health issues.
The Meditations are guided by myself or recordings of Master Lin's Healing Meditations (no experience necessary).
Sessions will last approximately 2 hours.
