Re: [skeptics-134] Dutch prisons use psychics to help prisoners contact the dead

If I was running the? program the goal would be to increase the size of my bank account.? But I was actually wondering if any good at all for the inmates was forthcoming or planned.? What was the sales pitch?
?
Hell of a stimulus policy when the money don't go to the folk who were taxed and might spend it.? No control that way I suppose.? Oh well, the Supreme Court says corporations are alive and so are entities deserving of free speech and stimulus funds.
?
I want to hire some folk to manually dig ditches and tile fields that tend to hold water.? As?if there weren't already enough hoops to jump thru to put people to work the additional health care requirement makes?it such that my losses are less?by not?hiring.? Hell of a way to stimulate jobs.? But if you want to instigate a?situation that will bring hard enough times to get a clamor for help by increasing government power then?surely we are on the right track by representatives spending money that's not their's to spend.??

What's your problem with this Mark???Dutch Authorities have simply implemented a new government program called?"Cash from Quacks".? It's an economic stimulus?intended to raise the?average standard of living in?Holland by lining the pockets of?Dutch Authorities.? It's patterned after US economic stimulus policy, so it must be legitimate.

What is the BEST thing that can happen as a result of these techniques?? What are the authorities hoping to accomplish?

Dutch prisons use psychics to help prisoners contact the dead

Dutch prisons are using psychics to give jailed criminals guidance by putting them in touch with their dead relatives.

[And:]... The Dutch employment service has also looked beyond the normal to use "regression therapy" and tarot cards to help the jobless.
