Support a great cause by running or walking in the Irene McKay I Can Do That 5K

All Proceeds to Directly Benefit the Chromosome 18 Registry and Research Society. Their mission is to help individuals with chromosome 18 abnormalities overcome the obstacles they face so they might lead happy, healthy and productive lives.

A friend of mine has organized this in honor of his granddaughter. For fun and so we can recognize each other, each member of Circle of friends that participates will be given a Hawaiian lei to wear. Do not worry if you are not a runner, either am I. I plan to just take my time walking and having a great time with friends. Afterwards we could go have breakfast at IHOP if we want. Here is the link to register for the event http://www.ridgerunnersports.com/2014%20Events%20Calendar.html
Cost is only $20 if you register before April 4. See registration form for more details. Directions:
Go north on US 160 approximately 3 miles, cross bridge, take road on the right and follow signs.
