Guest speaker bio
Regan Fletcher
Regan grew up in Oshawa before going to college in the US, and then moved back to the US. He got his entrepreneurial start while working at Niho Land & Cattle Co in Vancouver. Niho bought and sold rural acreages around BC and that led to him buying some timbered properties, logging them and then selling the cleared land. He learned a lot about being taken advantage of by folks who knew the industry better than him and how to survive being chased by bears.
Over the past seven years, Regan has built Sales and BizDev teams for three startups, all of which had successful exits. Bitpipe and KnowledgeStorm were each acquired by TechTarget in separate transactions and Right Media was acquired by Yahoo!. Regan joined Yoono in 2007 to oversee business partnerships from the San Francisco office. Regan graduated with a degree in Economics from Princeton University, where he also played varsity hockey. He has been living and working in Silicon Valley since 2002.
Asa former Yahoo! myself, I look forward to hear Regan speak. See you there!
