Atheists of Florida will bring five panelists to the Pinellas Park Library to face the public and answer questions.

We expect to cover topics on state/church separation issue, including specifics related to Pinellas Park City Council prayers and a Christian bible on display at each public meeting. Other topics are likely to range from the purpose of Atheists of Florida, to why various people are atheists, to the usual apologetic questions and, if we are lucky, a few more thoughtful inquiries, too.

Duplicating our successful "meet the Atheists" event in Lakeland (last November, after the billboard went up), we plan to make more regular efforts to help educate people who are curious about their atheist friends, family, coworkers and neighbors.

There will be an optional dinner afterward at a nearby restaurant.

We can also use a few volunteers to help set up (starting at 1:00 p.m,) and to break everything down at the end.
