WHAT: The evenings have plenty of light now for the weekly             20-25 mile spin after work ride, this year these rides will be on WEDNESDAY nights!.

We roll out from Left Hand Brewery on Boston Avenue.         Depending on how many riders sign up, and/or ride leaders,             we will ride in 2 or 3 groups:

GROUP 1: This group will be at a faster pace                                                     (17 to 19mph average).

GROUP 2: This group will be at a medium/fast pace                                           (15 to 17mph average).

GROUP 3: This group will be at a medium pace                                                 (13 to 15mph average).

This ride is best suited for Road Bikes, and people with experience riding on the road with traffic.

Rides are "NO DROP", we try to keep everyone together, but in the event some are faster/slower, we will stop and re-group at intervals.

RIDE NOTES: Rides will roll out no more than 5 minutes after the advertised start time, please arrive early and be ready to roll     on time.

- Come prepared for mechanical breakdowns (bring spare tube, patch kit, tire levers, multi-tool).

- Be sure to bring enough water for the length of the ride, especially with warmer weather ahead of us. As a general rule, one bottle of water is good for 1 hour of riding (8oz per 20 mins of ride time).

DISCLAIMER: We try to ensure the safest cycling experience on all of our rides, but cycling does come with some risk. Our ride leaders are all volunteers, not professional guides. Each member accepts responsibility for their own conduct and safety (including the safety of your bicycle and any other equipment) during club rides. You take part in club rides entirely at your own risk.

And a pretty good turnout considering how nasty the skies looked!

There maybe a chance of rain this afternoon/evening, we will watch the radar and see how it looks within an hour of ride time ;).

Looks like most the heavy storms are south of Denver on the Radar, barely getting any sprinkles here. So Pati & I will be at LH for 5.30.

I will need to stay at the office late today. I won't make it after all. See you all on Sunday
