The wind was howling as we approached the Red Oak doors of the Vee Stauch. It was a sturdy hall that smelled of men covered in velvet and old leather. We were curious as to where we'd meet the others but found a robust couch to sit at while we stirred about the latest gossip. A tall figure appeared, it was one of Gertrude the handsome woman we had met last week who had half of her skull removed. At first we'd thought it quite crass to mention the missing half but a few bottles of rum and we were stacking Meeples atop the halved skull. She motioned for us to follow as the wind spread whispers along the windows that crept inside like a draft from a book falling. Down the hall was a room with bright lights where the usual's were at all slumped over creating worlds of farms and massive quest to go along with the dreams they had as teenagers. We looked about and found an empty table with Gertrude setting up a game first. "Dingbats!" rang out her subtle voice and she pulled out an old shoe box filled with a game bo

"Dingbats!" rang out her subtle voice and she pulled out an old shoe box filled with a game board and old depressing letter's to Santa. She sets up the board and delves into the rule set. We play a few rounds and share a few laughs but mostly we worried about the violin we kept hearing. There must be a reason why no one addresses it, and yet they continue along their adventures of space and time traveling in the jungles. I've pondered before the mind of a sophisticated human betwixed to such dreams of children. Tonight was no different as the violin proceeded unnoticed for the rest of the evening while sounds of "looks like we're dead, just got 3 facehuggers" hovered throughout like an ambience of nonsense during the resurrection of Jesus Christ. I still ponder even while writing this and yet find myself slipping to their standards. This group truly fits the description of quicksand.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
