Pace: Please be honest about your conditioning level.

We will go at a fast workout pace.

You should only be a few steps behind the front of the group.

We will not wait for people at the top of staircases to catch up.

If you aren't able to keep up with the group, you are on your own to get back to the starting point.

Meeting Place:

LAMILL COFFEE BOUTIQUE
1636 Silver Lake Blvd
Los Angeles, CA 90026
(323)[masked]

There is free parking on Effie- the signs say no parking after 11pm, and on Silver Lake Blvd since it's Sunday, and other streets east and west of Silver Lake Blvd.

Time:

Please arrive at Lamill by 4pm

We will have introductions.

Walk will start at 4:15 pm sharp!!

Walk will take about 2 hours.

Reminders:

No crashers- Please sign up for this event.  Please do not just show up.

RSVP limits are set, because I don't want a huge group on these walks.  So, if you RSVP only for yourself, don't bring a guest.

There usually are no restrooms along these walks. Restrooms are usually only available at the starting point of the walks.

Always bring plenty of water.

Always wear running/tennis shoes. Open toed shoes are not a good idea for these stairs walks.

Any questions or concerns please email me, David.

If anybody is up for dinner after the walk, there are many good restaurants close by; Gingergrass, Red Lion Tavern, Cru etc. Any other suggestions?
