My fitness level is intermediate. I workout at least 5 hours a week, and my workouts always include at least 2 hours of hiking, some yoga, weightlifting, bootcamp classes, and some jogging. I'm still working on getting fit and reaching my goal weight, and of course making healthy choices.
Hi, nature and urban hiking is my favorite form of exercise. I hope to experience some new trails and beautiful views, while burning calories.
