What is your fitness level? Do you workout now? *Please note stair climbing can be a strenuous activity and is not advised for those with heart conditions or other health issues.

My fitness level is intermediate. I workout at least 5 hours a week, and my workouts always include at least 2 hours of hiking, some yoga, weightlifting, bootcamp classes, and some jogging. I'm still working on getting fit and reaching my goal weight, and of course making healthy choices.
