This group is about exploring natural movement and using the body to overcome obstacles. We creep, crawl, balance, run, jump, vault, swing, lift, carry and throw. Aspects of movement are borrowed from Capoeira, Modern Dance, Parkour, Gymnastics, Strongman and Weightlifting. All skill levels are welcome, this group is dedicated to teaching individuals to master their strengths and improve their weaknesses.
