This is a regular, weekly event. There are anywhere from 10-20 runners that generally show up. We run from the Activities Building which is next to the dog-walking area. Depending on the weather, we normally run the trails around to the New Canaan track or across the street from the park to a neighborhood for a couple miles laps, pyramids, ladders, or whatever Coach Jim Gerwick can think of that day. The training is about an hour and we normally cover a total of 5-6 miles, depending on the activity. Some of you have been looking for shorter runs and this may be what you're seeking. The initial run to the track or the neighborhood is usually about two miles. Then we stop, discuss the activity, run the activity, stop and run back to the clubhouse.
