Hey Martina, Saturday is the last day -- if you haven't seen it, there's a European style Christmas market on 16th Mall -- I was there last night & thought you would enjoy it! Happy Day!
What do you mean the 22 and 24th?
Hi Martina, thanks for sending the greeting about your Thanksgiving party. Please let me know what you'll need to complete the dinner and I'll bring that to share with the group. So you're from the Czech Republic? I worked for PBS in Europe for many years and produced many stories in Prague and the surrounding area, so I'm sure we'll have much to talk about! Peter
Hi Martina. The name Van Valkenburg does indeed come from the Netherlands. It's from the town of Valkenburg in the far south, near Belgium, but has been in the United States before it was even a country. I don't know if it came from kings, however.
Hi Martina... Thank you for joining our little group... Look forward to meeting you at our Sangria outing... :)
Hey Martina, I agree it would be nice to meet you. I may be able to even say a few Czech words by then too :)
Hi Martina. Sorry for the late response. Actually just getting back from visiting back home in Prague. Yes, I do speak Czech. Is there a Czech-speakers meetup in Denver? ;) I did already manage to find Cafe Prague over by the Red Rocks Ampitheatre on a weekend visit back in December.
Welcome to Denver International Friends. You said yes on the meetup comment but I think you forgot to RSVP.
