Pleased to meet you online! Yes, I know Esther Gokhale and her work is very similar to mine. We actually trained with the same person -- she and I both learned about posture/alignment from the 30 years of research done by a woman named Noel Perez of L'Plomb Institute in Paris, France.

I will be having a workshop on alignment during the last weekend in February in Palo Alto. Please let me know if you or anyone else is interested in attending.
