Brunch at Big Al's Healthy Stuff Cakery and Cafe (Grandin)

Owner, chef, and baker Al Hubbard's motto is "Eat healthy, eat good, eat healthy stuff". He uses all natural ingredients, raw cane sugars, and natural sweeteners--no white sugar, chemicals, or imitation/artificial flavors.

Menu Highlights:

*Breakfast Combo--3 scrambled eggs or a cheese omelet, turkey bacon or sausage links, wheat toast or a light wheat biscuit, juice, hot tea, or coffee
*Signature Housemade Waffle or Pancake--butternut squash flavored, however many you want with homemade raspberry or blueberry sauce, pecans, agave nectar, or whipped cream
*3 Eggs/1 Cheese Omelet--choose between havarti, muenster, swiss, provoline, cheddar, or feta
*Healthy Stuff Omelet--3 eggs, red onion, mushrooms, spinach, roasted peppers, mixed peppers, cheddar
*Breakfast Sandwich--light honey wheat biscuit (or a ciabatta roll) with 2 eggs, cheese, and turkey bacon or sausage links

      I talked to Big Al this morning and he said he doesn't have any vegan dishes on the menu--but if you'd like to join us he could prepare a basic vegan salad, or fruit salad, etc
