Dinner at Shoemaker’s (Lynchburg)

The Craddock Terry Hotel in Lynchburg is considered a “boutique hotel”. It was a shoe factory at the turn of the century, but now is used as a modern hotel with historic décor and shoe-themed amenities such as an in-room complimentary continental breakfast served in an old fashioned wooden shoeshine box. The Shoemaker’s Restaurant is located inside this hotel—right along the bank of the James River.

Hi everyone! The restaurant called and would like to put us in a private room (better, more attentive service). I don't see a down side to that :-) They would like us to come at 7:00 instead of 6:30, although we can always arrive early and have a drink at the bar--I hope this is okay with everyone!
