Lean Startup Canvas Workshop

One of the most exciting developments in the business world in recent years has been the ability to start lean.
No heavy business plans, no bank loans, no investor pitching.  Just starting your business with minimal funds.

This is not a seminar.

It is a hands-on facilitated session to assist you in developing your own startup business plan, practical work and fun, too.

All attendees will have free ticket to our Great Pitching Evening on 31st January'14  as part of this workshop.

This excellent workshop was initiated by one of our members Georgi Georgiev who will co-host the event

with Kim Dolman Group Assistant

A business adviser, Founder of The Business InQbator and Assistant Organiser of LBA&E. He grows businesses by providing planning, business improvement and mobilisation services to SMEs which releases business owners to focus on sales, innovation and providing great service.

Workshop feedback on the lean startup canvas:
    - Really useful
    - Highly appropriate for very early stage business model evaluation
    - Canvas needs a place to record competition: we got round this by including competitors in Box 1
    - Canvas needs a space to describe the problem space: we put this in Box 2 and described it in terms of the problem we were solving
    - Canvas needs a place to record actions: we got round this by asterisking/circling the actions.
