Entrepreneurs need to understand EXACTLY where their products, services and/or ideas fit into an effective national effort to fix the US healthcare system. Effective guidance by SartUp Health requires programs for sharing detailed expert information on the myriad of problems within the healthcare delivery process. See comments below.

This is a wonderful idea and sorely needed in HealthCare. I attended online and could not hear all of the speakers. It was difficult to see the slides via streaming video. It would be good to consider an electronic meeting to engage more folks that might not travel to NYC for a one-hour meeting.

In an economic environment that has been beaten down for so long it was exciting to be in a room that was crackling with electricity and possibility. Given the opportunity, entrepreneurs CAN reinvent the health system, either by taking what already works and expanding on it, or coming up with entirely new paradigms. The fact that many healthcare providers were present is a very hopeful sign in terms of connecting the dots between ideas and reality. Great job, guys! The community has been launched!

Good concise introduction to the StartUp Health concept. In a very short time, I was able to add to my network of peers and advisers.

The session was high energy and thought-provoking, and provided a terrific venue for networking. The space was tight due to the SRO crowd, but the Startup Health team finessed it very well. Looking forward to continuing and growing the dialogue and community -- whatever I can do! Jane S-K

Felt more like a press conference than a meet up. Was still unclear as to exactly what they were doing and what entrepreneurs would get out of "applying".

Where can we find the livestreamed webcast link to participate via web? The link in the description goes to a Facebook page. Is registration from that page required to access the webcast?

Yes, the time is changing to 8am and is going to be hosted at General Assemb.ly. Apologies but we needed to schedule around the venue which can hold the large number of people that RSVP'd. We didn't want to turn people away.

Did you really change the time to 8am? Or did you intend to make that pm?
