Santiago Bilinkis, Quasar

Santiago Bilinkis is a serial entrepreneur, venture capitalist and executive, most notable for founding office supply delivery business Officenet in Argentina with Andy Freire. In late 1996 they came up with the idea for Officenet and convinced four angel investors to help them develop the concept. The company was acquired by Staples Inc. in 2004.

Santiago Bilinkis has also a strong involvement in entrepreneurship (sitting at the Board of institutions such as Endeavor FoundationProsperar Foundation) and public transparency (as member of the Board of Administration of CIPPEC).

Santiago was one of the organizers of the first TEDxBuenosAires and developed TEDxRiodelaPlata. In 2010 he assisted a course called Singularity University in a NASA Center in Mountain View.

During 2012, Santiago created Quasar Ventures, a company builder which is responsible for the launching of Restorando, among other succesful startups.

Nora Palladino is a graduate in Communications Science from Buenos Aires University (UBA) and has a master in Political Marketing from the Salvador University. Her expertise is based in marketing, public relations at the industries of technology, political and investments. At the end of 2008 she was invited to join the team of Undersecretary of Investments at the City Government. There she developed the launching platform of the Technology District of the City of Buenos Aires. For over three years, she was in charge of the press relations and event managing. During her management role, the Technology District succeed to get over a hundred of companies moving to the south of the city and generating 2400 new jobs. In 2010 and 2011 she organizes the first meetings for Women in Tech, a space in which women of the industries have the opportunity to meet and talk about career development and business. Due to her efforts in helping women to succeed in technology industry and her role in the development of the south of the city, she was selected in 2011 as an emerging leader at the Argentinian Chapter of Vital Voices. In 2011 she was invited to join NXTP Labs as a first employee. She collaborated in the creation of the first acceleration programs, and ever since, helped startups to grow. During 2012, she was promoted to Marketing Manager. Since May 2012, she become a volunteer for Women 2.0 and runs the local chapter of Founder Friday and takes Startup Grind Buenos Aires Chapter during 2014. Her most beloved credentials are being Ale's wife and Bruno's mom.
