Derek Andersen has a relaxed, casual style and made the interview with Ben Silbermann seem like a chat in someone's living room. Loved hearing about Ben Silbermann's personal history before and after Pinterest 'hit the big time.'

Great interview (er) and a lot to learn from Ben Silvermann (Patience, humility and how to find something you love and work on it). Only wish he presented a little view of their roadmap.

Ben is one of the most humble entrepreneurs I have met. It was our great pleasure to host him.

Derek is a great interviewer. Asks solid questions... really getting a good view of the founder's background and experiences and viewpoints. Ben Silbermann is awesome. Extremely humble, insightful, intelligent, and thoughtful. My thoughts during the event were that I'll forever be a huge fan of Pinterest and that I wish them continued skyrocket success. Go Pinterest!! Loved this event.

Another great event held by @startupgrind - Authentic and down-to-earth chat with Ben that I really enjoyed. My thanks to Derek, Spencer, and Brian Gillman, who makes everything run smoothly behind the scenes. Looking forward to the next one!
