Spirit of the White Dog (note, I am a guardian of a samoyed, and in the past a Great Pyrenees, big fluffy white dogs, chick magnets and I'm sure a promotional tool as much as Bud's Clydesdales) failing that, T-Town Distillery or my other moniker -=zeitgeist=- (when the spirit moves you)
not much, but what I'm learning isn't flattering, apparently the ancient historical method is to do 'stripping runs' and let the barrels age out the worst of the heads.
I've been drinking since my teens, went from cognac to tacquila to rum, now on bourbon. Never 'developed' a taste for it. my tastes run to rye, my current favorite drink is Dry Fly Wheat
Woke up one night with a fantasy of running a micro distillery (which is strange as I've never made beer or wine myself)
