Many companies have already embraced Lean Startup principles. It's hard to argue with learning from customer feedback and iterating to achieve product-market fit. But how exactly are you supposed to do that?

In this webinar, product expert Dan Olsen will discuss how to apply Lean Startup principles as a product person.

The discussion will cover the following topics:
* Understanding and prioritizing customer needs
* Determining your product's value proposition
* Principles of good User Experience (UX) design
* Validating your product with user testing
* Product analytics
