About Tatiana Josephy

Tatiana Josephy studied public policy, ethics, and development in college, but always dreamed about a career in storytelling and filmmaking. She considered becoming a director, but saw a strong similarity between product management and directing. She bootstrapped MobileCurious as Co-Founder & CEO previous to discovering Crowdflower's platform that could support users’ narratives. As Head of Products at Crowdflower, she leads teams of engineers and product managers in building the Crowdflower platform. CrowdFlower has a strong engineering culture, so Tatiana attends daily Scrum Meetings to collaborate with the Engineering Team. After seeing what progress has been made and what needs to be done, Tatiana works with CrowdFlower’s power users—conveniently located in-house as the Services team—and gets feedback on ways to improve the platform and its offerings.

@tatianajosephyAbout Crowdflower

As a crowdsourcing company, CrowdFlower takes clients’ large data projects and breaks them into smaller, more manageable tasks that are then doled out to hundreds of thousands of contributors around the world. The company’s platform allows for performance tracking of contributors and enables quality control in real time at a large scale. With CrowdFlower, clients can accomplish in hours tasks that would take their in-house staff weeks to finish.
