This class demystifies startups and explains why they're different from large companies while giving you the tools to build a successful one.
The Lean LaunchPad class is now live! It is our chance to make history together. This class demystifies startups and explains why they're different from large companies while giving you the tools to build a successful one.
What we now know is that startups search for business models while existing companies execute them. A startup is a temporary organization designed to search for a scalable and repeatable business model. This Lean LaunchPad class will teach you how to efficiently search for your scalable and repeatable Business Model Design and Customer Development.
The videos and quizzes from all eight lectures are ready and waiting for you, allowing you to work through the material at whatever pace you choose. You can watch the lectures by yourself, with your startup team, or better yet, test what you learn by getting out of the building to gain feedback from potential customers and update your startup's business model. As you progress in your understanding of how to build your startup, join in on the many discussions in the course forum, where students are already joining teams, talking about what they are learning, asking for and giving feedback.
Welcome aboard. We will make history, and you will build a great startup. It's my honor and pleasure to welcome you on this exciting journey.
See you in class.
