Get Rid of the Ick: PART TWO

In Part One I covered a bit TOO MUCH science... I love the idea that the body is electronic, magnetic and vibratory, but didn't deliver enough information about the specific techniques that take advantage of the nerdy science. 

So, in Part Two, we'll dive more deeply into the techniques. We'll practice them and have more time for Q&A. 

There are 2 specific techniques that I'll share: 

1) Get Rid of the Ick is a very simple method for catching and releasing negative thoughts that sabotage your thoughts. It’s easy… in fact it couldn’t be easier if it were a lobotomy. 

2) Open Focus is a technique that can be practiced 24/7. We'll discuss the baby steps that will eventually get you there.
