Here's your chance to hike one of the Bay Areas little known secret trails that wind up and around Mt Diablo State Park. Some of the falls are now flowing and many flower species are beginning to bloom, this is an awesome hike!!
This is proposed as a 6 mile loop hike along fire trails and challenging single track trails with some steep, narrow and slippery sections.
NOTE : The Rating for this 3 hour hike is Moderate +++difficulty, as there's a degree of challenge and endurance.
Recommend: Hiking poles for those of you that use them, sturdy footwear for 3 hrs on the rugged, rocky trail, plenty of water, maybe an extra for a friend, also a camera for the views of the surrounding area.
Mt. Diablo Park doesn't allow dogs on these trails, Sorry .
