I generally bring over 20 games to a Games Day. I play Euro's like STONE AGE, GENESIS and MEDICI, quickies like ABABDON SHIP, CAN'T STOP and LIAR'S DICE, and fillers such as FELIX, PIECE OF CAKE, and FOR SALE. I prefer shorter games that are fun, as opposed to some of the longer games that make my brain hurt. (lol) And if a game has many pages of rules that you need to refer to during the course of the game, it is not for me. If somebody is looking to play a casual game, I can usually fit them into something.
Yes, although for what I play it usually doesn't matter who shows up.
Started playing in the 50's with the old Avalon Hill games and have played my way through High School, College, child rearing years and now into retirement. Can't wait till my grandsons learn to roll dice instead of eating them!
