I have finally decided, after much encouragement (read: hounding) of family and friends to synthesize my clinical training as a therapist and my real-life experience as a Stepmom into a summer coaching program.

What with more time with your stepkids, less time with your partner, vacations, schedule-changes, etc., Summers are typically a more stressful time for Stepmoms.

I hear you! I used to wonder that and think maybe others had some secret advantage that I could never have like the perfect partner, angelic stepkids, a super easy life,  or hidden superpowers.

Through my clinical training as a licensed therapist and years of trial and error, mistakes, failures and eventually a lot of success I have realized what it takes to be a successful stepmom: confidence, tenacity and grit.

There is so much noise on the internet. You’re being pulled from one solution to another when you look for help on achieving your goals. It’s hard to know which one is for you. If any of those statements resonated with you, you may have just found the solution you were looking for!

More than just scratching the surface, this course is a deep dive into not just goal setting but working on emotional blocks, ways we create excuses and sabotage ourselves.

Remember when you were younger and you would look at 30/40/50  year olds and think, “They are sooo old!” Then YOU were that age in what seemed like a nano-second? Time keeps on ticking and it’s much less scary when you can look back and think “Wow, a year ago I was scared of achieving that goal and NOW look at me; I’m doing it!”

Wouldn’t it be great to be filled with joy and excitement when you look ahead at your life to come KNOWING that you don’t need to worry because whatever happens it will be okay?

Back when I first became a Stepmom,  I couldn’t imagine getting to a different place in my life, let alone to where I am now. I couldn’t imagine not feeling resentful, trapped, angry, lonely, and hopeless. I didn’t want to look forward or backwards as I had no hope. I couldn’t see a solution or a way forward.


I am here to tell you you can change any negative self belief into a rich life filled with love, happiness, self acceptance AND be mega successful at the same time.

There is NOTHING you cannot do and the sooner you begin to believe that the sooner your life starts flourishing.


There is a catch, however. There is only one person who can make your goals and dreams come true: you. You can’t rely on someone else, or hope something will happen to you. You have to take charge and that’s scary, but you can do it! Are you ready to take a leap into your new life with me?

WHAT’S IN THE PROGRAM

Week 1. Take Stock - Identify the problems in your stepfamily. Discover your nagging “shoulds” and frustrations. Explore what you REALLY want to be doing.

Week 2. Execute Regular Success Habits - Identify and create daily success habits to support you in your goals as a stepmom and in your life

Week 3. Take Control of What (or Who) is Zapping Your Energy - Identify what’s holding you back and why

Week 4. Let Go of What is Draining You - Learn and execute ways to let go of what’s holding you back

Week 5. Detox Your Relationships - Review your stepfamily-specific relationships and find ways to boost the relationships that support and energize you and reduce the time you spend on those that drain or limit you

Week 6. Get it Done! - Find motivation to tackle or take the edge off  those uncomfortable tasks/conversations/boundary talks that are vital to stepmom success

Week 7. Plan Your 3 Month Vision - Now that you’ve done your Summer of Success, you need to know what you’re working toward! Create your vision for the next 3 months

Week 8. Identify your Summer of Success Goals! We’ll work to pull everything you’ve worked on together! You’ll set 3 goals and actions to achieve your vision. We we have a wonderful summary sheet to help you focus on your new habits and what you need to let go of!
