The journey to self organized teams is not as easy as telling people the boss has gone on holiday for ever.
Fostering the culture around the team to make them embrace the empowerement and the consequences of it is critical.
In order to achieve that one thing you have to do as a change agent is to convince traditional managers that self organisation is going to achieve the more in the long run then command and control.
